Foundation Launches "Know Your Rights" Campaign — Employment & Epilepsy in Cyprus

A new awareness campaign tackles workplace discrimination and clarifies legal protections for employees with epilepsy — with a dash of real talk from people who’ve been there.

"Epilepsy doesn’t define what I can do at work — but for years, I thought I had to hide it," says campaign spokesperson Andreas G.

The campaign includes a downloadable "Know Your Rights & Responsibilities" guide, covering topics like:

Disclosure — do you have to tell your employer?
Reasonable accommodations
What "undue hardship" actually means legally
